Jon's Costume Birthday Party

 Both my sister and my brother married Halloween babies. This year to celebrate Jon's birthday Mirissa gave a costume party it was on the weekend before Halloween and it was a lot of fun!

Robert was a baseball player and I was a witch with the awesome broom below that Robert made me. My mom was a Gypsy and my dad was grumpy which was pretty much the best thing ever!!!

St. George Weekend

This past weekend we went down to St. George for my aunt Cathy's funeral. Considering we were down there for a sad occasion we ended up squeezing in a little fun. We were able to stay with my cute aunt Helen and uncle Ken in their amazing house on the Sky Mountain Golf Course. We are sad to lose my aunt Cathy but we are happy to know that she is no longer suffering.

 We got to enjoy some time at the Sky Mountain Community Pool!

 Then we were magically whisked away to London aka Ancestor Square....Does any one know why they have this phone booth there?

 "Oh please don't take my picture I am so famous and so British!"

 Of course the best place to stop for a potty break on the way home is Beaver!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a nice Labor Day weekend this year just relaxing and spending time together. Here are some pictures from our weekend.

 On Saturday I got my hair darkened by my awesome friend Amanda.

Later on Saturday my family (Mom, Dad, Laney, Jake, Court, and us) went up AF Canyon to have a picnic....we got rained on the whole time but still had fun!

After the canyon we went and played the new extended version of bang. Then Court and I went and got pedicures and cupcakes...so it was a pretty fun day!

On Sunday Robert and I went down to Springville to visit his parents. We also had to go on an arrow retrieving mission at the canal....hence Roberts hillbilly outfit! While we were out I was spotting all the signs of fall....I AM SO NOT READY FOR SUMMER TO END!

On Monday morning we went to bug my family but Dixie was the only one there to greet us.

So we went on a picnic to Draper park. We enjoyed Jamba Juice and Jimmy Johns!

Later that night at the Beatty house we had a BBQ and entertainment. We had some cheers from Laney and then some leg wrestling. The night ended with a fire and s'mores.

 Well so long to summer and welcome fall.... (can we just skip winter this year though?)

 

Garrett's 4th Birthday

I'm sure anyone who has read this blog has heard mention of the Henrie family...they are really close friends who we pretty much consider as family. A few weeks ago there little guy turned 4 so we all came over for a cowboy themed birthday party!
